Foundation
Perfect for those new to reformer or returning to movement, foundations focuses on building strength, confidence, and correct technique.
You’ll learn essential reformer settings, core engagement, breathing patterns, and alignment while moving through slow, controlled sequences. Expect a supportive, encouraging environment where everybody feels welcome.
We recommend a minimum of 4 foundation classes before attending our flow classes.
Flow is where strength meets rhythm. This class builds on foundational technique while introducing more dynamic sequences, increased resistance, and greater core challenge.
Expect continuous movement, smooth transitions, and full-body conditioning designed to improve endurance, balance, and control.

Power Reformer Pilates is a strong, dynamic class for those ready to push further. With an emphasis on strength, endurance, and fluid movement, this class delivers a challenging, shake-inducing workout while staying true to Pilates principles.
Not suitable for beginners or prenatal clients.

Our Mum & Baby Reformer Pilates class is a gentle, supportive way to rebuild strength after birth while bonding with your baby. Designed specifically to postnatal bodies, this class focuses on core stability, pelvic floor recovery, posture and overall strength- while your baby relaxes beside you. No babysitter needed, just movement, connection and confidence.
Baby’s welcome up until crawling. Bring your baby in car seats/ buggy’s.
It is recommended waiting until after 6 week after delivery (8 weeks post cesarean) before joining a class.
